The City has worked extremely hard to put amazing programs in place! Newport El and Mariners are working together to provide educational, fun and safe after school programs through ACE!

I am writing this post because I have had an overwhelming number of parents asking me for babysitting services. Although I would love to babysit for these wonderful families I am busy tutoring away!

 Just finished creating new assessments for Kindergarten and 1st grade! 

Kindergarten Assessments includes a workbook that assess the 7 developmental domains; Fine Motor, Language, Knowledge/Comprehension, Memory, Mathematics, 

Visual-Spatial, and Cognitive abilities.

Beginner Blocks workbook is available for purchase and is recommended for kindergarten tutoring!

1st grade Assessments looks at sight words through six sections of rainbow words! Each section will help your child learn to read, spell, and use phonics!

·      What activities is my child doing after school?

·      What time are they going to bed?

·      What are they eating throughout the day?

·      How are they performing in school as well as outside of school?

·      How is homework time? Easy or difficult…what can I change to make it a better experience?

·      Who is my child hanging out with? Are they happy?

·   Have I introduced myself and communicated with my child’s teacher?
